A small company that automated its own factory first.
Some context, because our older work is still easy to find and describes a different company. NamiQ began in Vietnam, where the founder spent five years building an AI business after two decades building software at enterprise scale. The company is now a US company — NamiQ LLC, Austin, Texas — and what it sells today is narrower and more specific than what it sold then. That earlier work is real, and this is where it went.
What carried over was the question, which had nothing to do with products: if AI agents can write software, what has to be true for the output to be trustworthy at volume?
The answer turned out to be process, not model capability. Gates that block. Metrics recomputed rather than reported. Being blocked made loud instead of quiet. Claims that cannot be made until a probe proves them. That process became ODSF, and it is the factory every engagement we take on runs on.
The first thing it built was OCO — a cyber knowledge graph for organisations that have to defend an estate without a security team, and that cannot send their data anywhere.
We are deliberately small. A founder, a Technical Architect and a Forward Deployed Engineer make the decisions that need judgement, with agents doing the work that does not — and a written record of which was which.
How we talk about what we have built
Every capability claim on this site maps to an entry in an internal register, and each entry has a probe — a command that either passes or does not. A claim whose probe does not pass cannot be published, and the site build fails if one appears.
This is unusual enough to be worth saying plainly: it means the things we do not claim here are as informative as the things we do.
Who does the work
Twelve specialist AI roles do the building. These are the people who own what it produces.
- Founder
- Owns the client relationship, the scope and the price, and every decision that commits the company.
- Technical Architect
- Owns the technical direction: the architecture, the checks that decide what ships, and the measures that say how delivery is going.
- Forward Deployed Engineer
- Works alongside you: your named contact, who watches your running product with you and turns what you both see into work for the factory.
