Data deletion

Last updated 3 October 2026

How to ask

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my data, from the address you gave us. If you used more than one address, list them.
  2. We reply to confirm it is you, which protects you from someone else asking in your name. A short answer to that email is enough.
  3. We delete your data and email you when it is done. This takes no longer than 30 days from your confirmed request, and usually a few days.

What we delete

  • Your enquiry and sign-up in our CRM: name, email, company, role, what you told us you would use it for, and the record of the terms and consent you gave.
  • Your Lattice key and its records: the key is revoked first, so it stops working at once, then its record, usage counts and terms-acceptance record are deleted.
  • Your login in our systems, if you have one.
  • Any email you sent us, from our mailbox.

What we cannot delete, and why

  • Your address on our suppression list, if you ever asked us not to write to you. Deleting it would allow us to write to you again. We keep only the address, for that purpose.
  • Request logs, which hold a key identifier and a one-way hash of a network address, not your name or email. They cannot be traced back to you once your key record is gone, and they are deleted automatically after 60 days.
  • Anything the law requires us to keep, which we would tell you about.

What you can do yourself right now

  • Sign out of Lattice Analyst: open the menu and choose Sign out. That deletes the sign-in cookie from your browser immediately.
  • Stop our emails: use the unsubscribe page, or press the “this was not me” button in the confirmation email we send after an enquiry form.
  • Remove the app:uninstall it like any app on your phone, or clear this site’s data in your browser settings. Your light or dark choice and the app’s saved files live only there.

Data from Google or Meta

We do not offer sign-in with Google or Facebook and we do not receive data from your Google or Meta account, so there is nothing from those accounts for us to delete. What you gave us directly is covered above. The full picture is in our privacy policy.
